Great value for money, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the apartment is perfect, close to a metro station, Vatican, lots of shops. The owner is very kind and the contact with her is easy and fast. Easy check-in even late in the evening. The apartment is well equipped also for longer stays, two bathrooms are a great advantage and there were no problems with warm water in the showers in contrast to some previous reviews.

There could be a few more shelves in the bathrooms and the mattresses were a bit too soft, but that's just our subjective opinion.

Great location BUT needs fixing

Excellent locatiion, steps away from the Vatican and major public transport, farmers' market, etc. Gioia is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful.

The entry door's key needs to be changed/fixed AND the shower needs to provide hot water all the time in each bathroom. The current status of the hot water pressure and distribution is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please do not rent it out until this is fixed. It is very unprofessional and unfair.
