A comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kyoto.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect for three/four guests for several nights

Great location, modern facilities incl. fully equipped kitchen, two toilets. Ideal if you are planning to stay several nights in Kyoto and want time to relax or cook at home

The walls are thin, including the one separating from the street - but not a major issue as traffic is limited at night in this side street.

A great comfortable stay, bed was very comfortable apartment was spotlessly clean!

Great location, lovely staff, super clean.
