Great location and lovely house. This was our second stay at the coach house. It has everything one might need. Welcome basket is a great touch and has a lot of goodies. The smell of fresh bread as you unlock the door was divine. Will definitely be coming back.

Great house and location to explore Dartmoor. Very friendly owners and great welcome basket.

It was in a quiet location, clean, very comfortable and cosy. Ideal for a couple to get away to.
The only thing stopping this getting a 10/10 is that we had an engineer turn up to inspect the boiler without being informed by the owner first. Luckily only a small issue which didn’t matter at all, but would have just liked to have been informed first. However I appreciate this is just a one off.
