The owners, Steve and Gill, were lovely, friendly and welcoming.
The annexe was comfortable, clean and peaceful and had everything I needed. Very relaxed.
Central location to visit Totnes, Salcome, Hope Cove and Burgh Island. 10 mins to Buckfast Abbey.

Lovely hosts such a lovely couple lovely to talk too there if needed anything lovely accommodation loved our week stay felt right at home our little dog enjoyed himself lovely location very quiet how we like it very close to towns etc thankyou so much we enjoyed our stay

The Annexe had all the facilies we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We much appreciated having the fridge/freezer so we could take freezer blocks in our picnic bag.
It was difficult to keep the main room cool in hot weather.
