This apartment is perfect for 2 and has everything you need for a beach vacation. We stayed 10 days and enjoyed every day, even a couple of cold /rainy days. As the title says, location is key :-) Also, great communication with property management!

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property. I wanted a place to stay near the beach and near restaurants, since I didn't rent a car. It was a three minute walk from the apartment to the beach. There were plenty of nice restaurants and stores within a 5 to 15 minute walk. I stayed for five nights and they left me plenty of towels to use. I ended up checking in late due to a flight delay, and when I texted the number they provided for check-in questions they responded almost immediately. I had a small maintenance issue while I was there and they resolved it the same day that I brought it to their attention. I had a fabulous vacation, and I would recommend this VRBO!

This was a nice quiet place to stay next to the beach. You can walk right to the beach from your place. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance all around you too. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

This studio listing is in a great location but could use a little TLC, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub needs a really good cleaning. Besides that, the space worked great for a long weekend.

This rental was in the perfect location. 2 blocks from the beach, close to restaurants and bars. The pool was a bonus! I would highly recommend this rental!!

First, the positives: The location of this property is perfect for walking to the beach and even local businesses. Publix, a large grocery, is a 20 to 30 minute walk away if you're looking to add to your step count (you can walk most of the way on the beach). Casa de Pane, an Italian coffee shop/grocery/lunch spot, is a 5-minute walk away. If you want to swim in a pool instead of the Gulf, you have that option too. The complex seems to have mostly older residents and is quiet and peaceful, at least when we stayed at the beginning of May. The photos of the studio are accurate, and the Murphy bed was very comfortable. Communication is excellent and check-in is easy. Now, for the quirks you should be aware of. When you enter, the hallway makes the complex seem run down, with a musty smell and tired paint and carpet. I was concerned about the condition of the apartment when I saw that, but fortunately it looked like the photos and was very clean. Also, there was no elevator, which didn't bother us but which could be an issue for others. We didn't use the kitchen for anything except having cereal for breakfast, but the silverware and dishes, which probably started out as a 4-person set, are now missing several pieces and could stand to be replenished. The cute bistro table and chairs on the balcony are unusable, since when you open up the folding table it's impossible to open the balcony door. There is one outlet in the bathroom and it is above the sink in the light fixture, so if you want to plug in a hair dryer and are shorter than 6 feet tall, you'll need to stand on a chair. The shampoo and conditioner provided left my hair and my husband's feeling sticky and not clean, so you may want. to bring your own. Overall, though, the great location, cleanliness and ease of communication make this a good choice for your beach vacation.

Functionally quaint! Overall, we liked it and would stay there again. Beach equipment and daily complimentary trips were an added surprise and definitely appreciated. The only suggestion for improvement I can think of is to provide a better quality of toilet paper.

This was our first time staying here and we would definitely stay again. The unit was so nicely decorated, clean and had most things you needed. The grounds are pretty and the pool is nice. Location is perfect.

A high school friends trip to St. Pete. Close to the beach, walkable to a few bars. Perfect location for all the places we like to gather. Would rent again next time we make trip down. Very clean, cute place!

No issues on anything. Walk to the beach. Good food nearby. AC is awesome. The one issue we had - the couch and bed were quite hard. I sat down on the couch at the end of our first day and the couch didn't give. It is not a cuddle up and watch a movie feel. The bed was harder than I prefer but it was reasonably comfortable. For these two reasons alone, I wouldn't rent here again.

When we looked for a place close to the beach this one stood out as a lower priced option. We wondered if there would be “a catch”. But there really wasn’t. The balcony railings could use a paint touch up and there wasn’t much room to sit comfortably out there so we just opened the large double doors for fresh air and sat inside looking out to get the outdoor feel. We didn’t use the pool much but it looked well maintained. The place had a bit of an odd odour when we first walked in but we eventually got used to it. The kitchen space was small but well equipped. Bathroom taps and tub area could have been a little cleaner. All in all we enjoyed our stay and mostly enjoyed our time at the beach which was a two minute walk around the corner. Good value for the price.
