Second year we stayed at Beachcomber for family vacation and plan to come back again. Love the easy access from room to pool and beach. Great place to go with kids!

Front desk staff used to be amazing at this hotel. Something changed abt a year and and a half ago. The attitude now is they really couldn’t care less. Somebody else will stay here if u don’t. Kinda sad.

My main complaint during the trip was housekeeping left out door wide open after cleaning, we came back and the door was wide open. We stayed in the room for 15 mins to see if someone was coming back before i went to the office to inform them. Otherwise it was a good experience at this hotel.

Big rooms and comfy beds. The beach was fantastic. Great location. In general, the place could use some updates but it was decent. I don't think I would stay here again. I'd go to the Hilton next door for a little more per night and get free breakfast.

I love this place. Two pools, right on the beach, and their beach bar is one of the most popular around. I was worried it would be too loud from the live band but I was pleasantly surprised to find I couldn’t even hear it from my room. Everything was clean and updated.

The staff are amazing , the music fantastic , the location is unbeatable. However time for management to redo the place , cracks in the wood , older furnishings , it needs a make-over big time .

Was there last year and this year we saw a noticeable differance in conditions of the property . Room didn't even have 1 chair or couch for sitting. Water was turned off with only 45 minutes notice for 5 hours. Woke up the next morning to no hot water !! This will be the last visit to this facility !!

This is an older beach hotel with great entertainment at their beach bar. Nice pool and greenscape areas. Room was clean and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Loved that Jimmy B's is right there. Rooms sorta updated, but still not working as good as it should. the bones are old and it shows. Functionality makes it challenging for a longer stay.

Old hotel but great location! Wonderful beach and daily entertainment. I had a suite, but out the front door was a cement wall for the stairs and out the other side window was a parking lot. Very disappointed

Liked the walk ability to the beach and Jimmy B’s. Disliked the aged appearance of the room and furnishing. Lack of clothing storage. Stained sofas and lack of lighting.

The room was amazing, comfy bed, lots of pillows. Bathroom was great, good water pressure in shower. Appreciated that housekeeping cleans the room daily . Our room faced the courtyard which was fine, and an easy walk to their bar and music area. What we did not like was the parking situation. Parking is very narrow, and not easy to get in and out of. Also the music area doesn’t allow outside drinks at all, they expect you to pay $$$$$$$$$ for their watered down drink s and food that is just “ok”

Room was fine but definitely run down a bit. And the parking was horrid. Parking on the side of the hotel was extremely tight and had my door hit by another car. Overall the beach and property was good. Great location.

I wish the pool stayed open later. The sheets had stains and I hate the feeling of a renovation being done but over old paint, old floor. The adjacent room door would close in our side.

Very clean and comfortable. Only drawback is the horrendous noise from the bar. Very glad I brought ear plugs. The grounds are beautiful!!

The grounds were kept well. Jimmy B's was so much fun! ANd the beach (with accessible chairs and cabanas) was absolutely stunning! I will be back!

Location is perfect if you like a fun party atmosphere with live music. It is centrally located and easy to walk to other venues. Def needs some paint and cosmetic upkeep. Rooms are clean but dated.

The overall property is beachy and casual which is what we were looking for. However it is party central and loud at night! The staff was amazing but the rooms are very tired.

This was the third time staying at the Beachcomber…the second time this year!!! We absolutely love it. The only bummer this last time, in October for my husband’s birthday, was that the pool was being refurbished and there was no heads up. But it’s right on the beach and there is a smaller pool to use, so it was no problem!! We always have the best time staying there!!! The staff is always really nice and let us check in early. And it’s so walkable to so many places!! We will definitely be back!!!

Ian i believe his name was thatchecked me in was fantastic. It was cold and i put on heater which triggered the smoke alarm in my room so turned it off. Toilet didnt always flush properly would have to flush 2 to 3 times. Hotel doors are so heavy they slam shut and is very loud very difficult to not slam.

Room was clean. Location is great- close to beach and shopping/restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Made an effort to let us check in early as our flight was early. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week stay. We had a room close to the bar, window to see our car. The beach is walking distance and love that you can pull up to the bar when ever or just chill on the deck with your drink. Great environment, love the beach everything was nice! Room could use a cleaning (TCL) around certain areas.

Room was great! Staff was great! Especially Brad in the bar at night and Joy during the day! First 2 nights perfect but the Friday night though there was a room betwen us and the stairs it we could hear every step from 1230 am until 2. No idea what changed the hotel seemed pretty full the other 2 days maybe just louder people but will request to be no where near stairs in the future or upper floor.

At first we got a crappy room. They happily moved us. Staff is so nice! Rooms have been updated but still could use some TLC. Bill the beach guy is exceptionally wonderful and pleasant to chat with everyday. Smoking all over the outside of rooms and lobby were terrible. I didn't even think it was legal to smoke in an outdoor establishment that serves food! We booked through hotels.com and no where did it say the pool would be closed!!!! Music daily was probably the reason most people stay at this property I would assume.

Front desk person was really nice. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. The bar was fun but the pool construction was a little annoying and the communication on where to get beach towels was not clear.

The live music each day was wonderful. But they put us in a room right next to their pool remodel. We had to listen to a concrete saw all 7 days we were there. Why would you put someone next to that who was staying 7 days???

We loved our stay and will come back. The week day beach staff, Bill and Kevin, were the best! They do an awesome job making you comfortable and taken care of while you enjoy your day on the beach. The hotel staff was also very polite and were very accommodating.

Hotel was clean. Maid only comes every other day. Doesn’t make beds! Only sweeps, takes out trash and replace towel. Ours also helped themselves to my honeybun I bought for breakfast the next day. Over all, not bad

This is definitely a lower budget hotel with damaged floors and trim around doors. The pictures do not look the same as the resort it is definitely run down and in need of updating.

We had a wonderful time at your hotel! Even with the construction, we had an incredible experience. The convenience of the beach, the cabanas, the restaurants, happy hour and clean room made for a great experience. If I rated 1 thing the best it would be the service! Ian was a gem at check in and the staff at the restaurant were all wonderful!
