We have stayed at the Rum Fish/Trade Winds Resort multiple(8+) times over the past 15 years. Sometimes with our 4 children, and sometimes just my wife and I. Every time has been excellent.
Our only complaint with our last stay is with a front desk staff member. He dressed like a cowboy(wore a black cowboy hat) - I think his name was Alexander. I had a simple question to ask, he turned his back to me, walked away and acted as though I did not exist, just so that he could answer a personal text message. Other than this, our stay was excellent - just like every other time over the past 15 years.
