Sea-batical enjoys front row views and easy beach access in a wonderful two-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with 2 beach front decks and 2 sunset decks. There is a lower-level deck off the main floor and upper-level decks off of the two bedrooms. King beds in both bedrooms plus non-sleeper sofa can sleep 5th guest Open concept first level contains living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a 4th bay view deck showcasing beautiful sunsets. Private walkover onto beach.
Located along middle beach, the salt grass dune is wide enough to provide separation from the beach yet low enough to not block your amazing ocean views.

This is a great place to stay.Right on the beach with a private raised walkway to get to the beach right from the living room balcony.You need some strengthto open and close those doors.4balconies, upper and lower on each side, 2 face the beach and 2 face the neighborhood. Perfect place to sit & watch the sun rise and set while enjoying coffee or cocktails.Beds were comfortable & well appointed.New washer and dryer.Kitchen has a keurig & a regular drip coffee maker.A nice dining table to eat & play games while hiding from the heat & sun.Comfy leather living room furniture so it is easy to clean the accidental sand from it that you brought in from the beach.Our stay was end May 2026, lots of rain the couple of weeks prior to. There was standing water on the grounds, actually, all over Surfside, so mosquitoes would attempt to pack you off at ground level. Nothing the hosts can do about that. Just saying, bring really good bug spray!Security cameras are on the balcony, one faces the balcony door, the walkway,& where you park. They have bright lights that come on when they detect movement.I get migraines from most laundry detergent scents; requested bedding have no strong scents; they purchased free & clear detergent and washed the bedding with it & I cannot tell you how much I love them for that!The place is perfect,clea,peaceful,quaint beach decor, beach access & a wonderful stay!Highly recommed.

We stayed the weekend when my cousin visited from Arkansas. Communication was amazing! Matt’s condo was the perfect place right on the beach. Within driving distance to many restaurants night entertainment!
