Quiet hours outside (in backyard and courtyard) between 9pm and 9am. No outside guests allowed. Max 14 guests including children (excluding infants under 1 year) ***Our outdoor propane fire pit and BBQ grill uses propane tanks. Guests who would like to use these are responsible for refilling the tank if empty upon arrival.
