The hosts were very friendly, and if there was an issue, a solution was provided immediately. The location was perfect for the reason I was visiting. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet.
Everything was quite dated and could use an update (e.g., fridge might have been from the 40s and freezer did not work), but it was fine for my three night stay.

Easy to access, location is convenient, Clean bathroom, shampoo/conditioner body wash provided
Not in a very nice looking part of town. Looked a bit ghetto, bed sheets smelled like they were not washed and the smell was strong, cracked tiles on the floor and very old furniture.
