Location
Noise from airplanes, but they provided ear muffs and honestly it really wasn't that loud.

I spend just a few days in this resort and I regret not spending more time to relax....
The resort is beautiful, the swimming pool is very nice and clean. The whole vibe of the resort is very chill and peaceful. I was looking for a nice place very close to the airport and I really loved this resort. The whole aesthetic was perfect and exactly what I was searching for.
The room was huge (I was not expecting it to be that big!) The bathroom had a big bath (really appreciated) and the bed was very comfy.
I want to thank the staff because they were extremely nice, very flexible and always ready to help. They made everything so easy!
If I had to sum up the experience : it was just perfect! :)

Really great food at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Thailand. The suite was very large and comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - could not do enough to help us during the stay.
There is a laundramat in front of the resort as well as a barber shop and cafe. Beware - this is not close to old town, which is perfect if you are after peace and quiet outside of the main tourist traps.
Being far from old town - grab takes a while depending on the time (also expensive) - make sure you pre-book. Hotel is under the flight path so you will hear planes landing, however we didn't notice this too much during the stay. Also - LOTS of mosquitos - so stock up on mozzie spray beforehand!

Hôtel 4 étoiles surcoté. Les photos sur booking ne reflète pas du tout la réalité. Hôtel très isolé, loin de tout et difficile d'avoir un taxi pour revenir. La piscine minable, pas de transats, chaise cassée. Pas de service en chambre, pas de cocktail et après 21h00 plus rien. Juste un petit frigo !! Hôtel 1étoile 1/2.
