The presentation and atmosphere of the facility was absolutely wonderful. I loved the garden, balcony and how private it felt.
The bathroom needed work. There was loose tiles in the floor that was rather concerning. The PowerPoints were coming off the fixtures which was dangerous. The shower was a big disappointment as it was inconsistent and we could only either have extremely hot or cold showers.

The garden area was very beautiful. I particularly loved the hammocks and swings
The bathroom could do with a face lift with a good clean and fresh paint. It also took an incredibly long time for the hot water to come in then was low pressure.

Nice site among the trees and a very nice garden.
However, opened 10 years ago, the rooms need to be renovated, especially bathrooms and the ground floor.
The lack of maintenance and renovation.
Breakfast could get more assortment - no bakery as example -
