About this house rental
Summary:
Sleeps 7, Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental home with hot tub, AC, heat, Wi-Fi and cable TV included. Home is fully furnished and fully applianced including washer, dryer, and outdoor grill.
All linens are included, as well as beach towels.
Home has a kitchen, dining, living, and screened in patio. Master bedroom, with private bath, has a queen size bed and has cable TV, second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin. 1 of the couches in the living room has a full size pull-out.
The Space:
When entering the home guests will walk in to the large living room. Dining room and Master bedroom are located directly off the living room. Around the corner is the recently updated kitchen, and off of the kitchen is the laundry room and a side entry to the home. Back in the master bedroom is a queen size bed, and an en-suite 3/4 bath. There is a privacy closet that is unavailable for guests in this room. Back through the living room you will walk down the hall that has access to the full bathroom, and an exterior door to the covered patio with outdoor dining table and direct access to the outdoor firepit area, putting green, and hot tub.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the home other than a locked privacy closet in the master bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is a quite residential area, within a mile to the beach located near Dune Deck Cafe. Looking across the neighbors yard diagonally there is a view of the inter-coastal. Close to a Walgreens, John G's, Key Lime House Restaurant, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and more.
Getting Around:
We recommend that guests rent a vehicle to get around, but there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance as well as the beach that is 1.3 miles from the home.
Other Things to Note:
There is enough space for 3-4 cars to park in the driveway.
Interaction with Guests:
Guest/host contact is limited to little to no contact. If a need arises personnel will be scheduled to address any needs.

The property was very clean and updated nicely. Looked exactly as pictured. TVs in both bedrooms which is a must for me. The host provides what you need which was a pleasant surprise. There was hand soap in both bathrooms, extra toilet paper, hotel sized toiletries and tons of spices in the kitchen. Two things that could improve are the linens and pillows. They have reached there lifespan and should be replaced. The white sheets were extremely dingy and the pillows were stained. The pillows should also have a pillow protector case on them to prevent stains. We didn't use the hot tub. The tree over the hot tub could use a trim & maybe some outdoor lighting closer to the hot tub so it's not so dark at night.Would I stay at this property again, absolutely. It was very cozy & in a nice neighborhood. We travel a lot & look for comfortable places to stay that feel like home and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Great communication from the host when I aksed a question too.

Exceptional communication by the owner, beautiful clean home would stay again close to so many things really enjoyed our stay. We love the little putting Greene in the backyard. The communication was so good with the Owner one of their televisions got fried. They replaced it within an hours came over and put a brand new television in the living room. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Thank you again to the owners.
