Location of the property is very good and the host is nice and helpful. It takes 35min from the airport by bus to reach the property and around 20min by foot to the city centre (there are also plenty of buses around). The property is clean, well maintained and in a safe area.
We didn't like the fact that the triple room we booked didn't have a bathroom attached to the room but to access the bathroom we had to cross a corridor shared with other people (bathroom was private though). This was not clearly communicated nor described in the description of the room: description only says "private bathroom" but doesn't mention the that it is outside of the room. The positive thing in this regard was that host was understanding and let us change room when possible and that the rooms are clean. We appreciated that part.
Breakfast was not the best. You only have a choice between only one salty pastry or one sweet one and with only one drink included. It starts only from 8:30. As we had some activities starting from 8am we had to find alternatives. On days we did have breakfast, we ended up paying extra.

I loved everything! It is an amazing hotel near a park, a local church with an amazing garden . It’s near the bus station , and near the airport bus shuttle . There is also a street with local food and bars and the people there are locals - very kind and friendly. If you want to live in Palermo like local choose this hotel . It is also very clean and the amenities are new . Bed sheets smell amazing

Great option for solo travellers or couples. Breakfast was either made by Benny (he will send you a list of options), or available from a cafe down the street with great pastries and coffee. Benny is very friendly, polite, and communicative.
The bed was clean and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned regularly, there is working AC and wifi, and a shared fridge in the entry room you can use for drinks/small food items.
While the location isn’t directly in the city centre, it’s an easy walk/bus ride to the city centre, close to bus stops, as well as a 3-minute walk to a Prestia e Comandè stop from the airport. Also, it was very quiet which was a nice reprieve from the city noise.
