Diamond Beach 707- Pelican Pass, is located on the penthouse floor of the lavish Diamond Beach Resort. From the front door and throughout the entire unit Pelican Pass is well appointed. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is suitable for cooking, entertaining and watching on the extra-large smart flat screen tv in the living area. The floor to ceiling windows add to the living area with light and openness. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash. The bar area is perfect for eating and snacking or take the meal out to the balcony and watch the sunset. Guests will enjoy the large patio which features two chaise lounges and a great outdoor dining table with dining stools. Not only does it feature spectacular Gulf views, but also of the 3 tier pool. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes), outdoor water slide (peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions. Resort amenities, including advertised elevators, require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit). If guests are interested in floating on the lazy river, Diamond Beach does not supply the tubes, and it highly recommended to purchase prior to arriving on the island, as they at times there may not be enough supplies at local stores to keep up with demand. Some of the properties Ryson manages require additional fees for things like parking passes, resort fees, amenity wristbands, etc. be paid to the HOA upon arrival directly. The elevator is available for adult guest use - helpful for those with limited mobility or to carry up luggage and groceries. Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am. I appreciated how clean the apartment was. It was updated and well-stocked. The view was incredible and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony just watching the waves roll in.

This condo was clean, had an easy check in and out process, safe area with so many amenities, and a great view. I loved that we didn’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach. A couple cons: the master bed was incredibly tall so much so it was comically hard to get into. There was only one trash bag and no coffee filters. For that expense I guess I was expecting at least a few trash bags for that rate along with length of time we were staying. Overall it was good though.

The view from this 7th floor condo is beautiful! The condo was very nice. The a/c was not operating properly when we arrived, but Ryson Properties responded quickly and an a/c technician arrived to add more coolant to the a/c. No a/c issues after that. The sliding glass door leading to the patio doesn't lock, but being on the 7th floor, we weren't concerned that someone would scale the outer wall to get in! LOL! Note to renters of this unit: be sure to bring condiments (salt & pepper, etc.) if you're going to cook as none are provided. Nice condo overall and we enjoyed our time.

Everything was exactly as listed & pictured, very clean, beautiful views, the lazy river with the swim up bar was our favorite!

beautiful property. Wish we had been told about coffee in the chrck in area when we checked it. Did not know about it until check out. Fitted sheets on the matress would be nice and stay in place better than the flat sheet tucked in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just as pictured. Very nice. Enjoyed the balcony and the view. Bed was comfortable. Getting to the beach was a bit difficult, but doable. The staff was nice and accommodating. We had issues with the garage door opener, but they handled it without complaint for us. We would definitely stay here again.
