My wife and I had a wonderful time in Prescott. If you love old houses you will love this one. Close to everything. Very very quiet neighborhood. We even had the pleasant surprise of a group of javelina grazing in the front yard one evening. If you do not like old homes it may not be your cup of tea. Very bright and lots of windows.

Absolutely loved this adorable historic home. I didn't want to leave. What an amazing location. Exactly what you see in the pics. I was happy with the cleanliness of the house. The house has everything you need. The beds are super comfy. The only suggestion I would give is installing a fan in the living room for warm days. That's it! A total Ace!

This house was perfect for me an 5 other teammates for a softball tournament in Prescott, AZ. Great location (watch the driveway entrance if you have a larger vehicle) and a neighbor who is very nice. Chuck even came and watch some of our games. Owner was very responsive when we had a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property in this beautiful area.

This was such a cute home! The home was clean and was in close proximity to downtown where there was shopping and restaurants. My party of 7 was comfortable and commented on how comfortable the beds were. Host was prompt to answer any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Quick get away

Quick get away

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the property was. I especially appreciate the master bedding and bath towels. They were very soft, which is a +++ in my book. The property is very close to downtown. We rode our bikes to lunch and dinner. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Robert, the property owner, was very kind to mail me the battery pack I left behind 😅. Thanks Robert! I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a quiet get away but still close to down town Prescott.
