The smell when you walk into the hotel feels luxurious. The staff is friendly. The rooms are well-sized & well-stocked with nice amenties. The bed is comfortable. The small gym is well equipped. The brown noise machine is a PLUS!
The spa was not really a spa but a treatment room. It would've been nice to have a hamam and steam room. The music from the pool pumps all day long and can be heard in the room. The location is dreary - you're staring out at a CVS + cheesy tourist shops.
