Holland is known for its annual Tulip Festival, a celebration of the blooming of that flower each May, but it’s so much more! This vacation home is just a short drive from all the Holland & Saugatuck downtown attractions, festivities, shops, grocery stores, restaurants & breweries, entertainment and marinas. Visit Saugatuck for its own unique dining and cocktail options and view the yachts anchored along the marina. Grand Haven is also just a short drive and famous for its yearly Coast Guard Festival.

This thoughtfully designed home is the perfect get away for couples or families. This home is equipped with brand new furnishings, including all new mattresses for the most comfortable night sleep. MI Vacation Destination home is ideally situated between Holland & Saugatuck with a 10-minute drive into either town.

Explore the water and check out the Big Red Lighthouse in nearby Lake Macatawa (an all-sports lake) where you can rent (or launch your own) boat, jet ski or kayak at one of the local marinas.

* Bowerman Blueberries Farm Market: 9.8 Miles (20-minute drive)
U-pick blueberries typically run from mid-July to mid-August
* Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park: 40.9 miles (43-minute drive)
* Holland Harbor Lighthouse (Big Red): 12.2 miles (23-minute drive)

-Fire-pit: fire-pit in backyard with seating, you will need to provide your own kindling
-Fishing: Please be sure to bring your own poles as there are none at this property. Also, in order to fish in Michigan lakes, a fishing license is required for each person fishing.
-Grill: Propane grill, propane is provided. Grill available for use May-September.
-Internet: Yes! Free Wi-Fi.
-No cable service. Roku is available for streaming services. Guests will need their own login and will be responsible to log out upon departure.
-Bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels provided.
-Paper Products: Starter roll of toilet paper provided in each of the 3 bathrooms, 1 paper towel roll provided in kitchen.
-Coffee maker and starter package of coffee and tea is provided along with sugar and creamers.
-Parking: No more than 4 cars allowed. No parking on street, all cars must be parked in driveway.

-Air Conditioning: Yes, there is central air conditioning along with ceiling fans throughout the home.
