This is an absolutely beautiful resort. Set above the ocean, backed by huge mountains, tranquil garden setting, and a stunning infinity pool.
Nothing other than some big yellow jackets that would follow food outdoors.

everything about it was perfect, the facilities were amazing, the views were great. we were very sad to leave.

The hotel itself was beautifully designed and the sunrise views were unforgettably delighful.
I didn’t feel a warmth from many of the front of house staff (spa and oriental staff excluded). The service was not what you’d expect of a hotel of this standard. There was no friendly reception towards us. On a couple of occasions we sat waiting to be served a drink and staff walked past us so we had to go to the bar ourselves to order. Staff were on their phones. I just felt an overall coldness towards us which affected our experience. I’d stayed at a 4 star hotel elsewhere the days leading up to our staff at Perios and the service there was exceptional so the experience in general was more memorable. I’d been particularly looking forward to this hotel so it was a shame.
