Beach, activities and the pool

Employees who work in this hotel are awesome people. All so friendly and helpful. Literally every single staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I think staff make this hotel so special. We stayed in the main building. Quite large room with a separate dressing area that was so useful. Bathroom is really big, the balcony was large and had a great view.
The airconditioning was working really well, and the beds were really comfortable.
We also loved the food a lot. Sometimes in All-Inclusive hotels the food quality is compromised. However in this hotel I found it great. Also the chef and Yunus restaurant managers were constantly checking for things missing. So attentive. The amount of variety is crazy. There are 30 types of turkish food. I read some reviews where people say the variety is not well. I guess you can never make some people happy... In one of the days there were chicken doner, adana kebab, lahmacun, 2 types of meat dish, 3 types of turkey dish, another chicken dish, 4-5 vegetable options, cig kofte, pasta types, soup types, 10 types of salad, various of cheeses... and 7-8 types of desserts, and people some people think the variety is not enough!!!!
Great views, amazing long trees. Great beach. Also, you can rent a little scooter and go to Icmeler beach for a little stroll in only 10 minutes. It was amazing to watch the moon shining on the sea at night - just laying down in sunbeds also at night.
The Sultan Bar is cute, the huge tree in the middle makes it amazing. The DJ plays well.
I like the hotel dog Mares, such a cutie pie. He looks well looked after. Also hotel is treating stray animals very well.
And another important thing: They don't play loud music in the beach area!! That is a huge huge huge plus. A rare find in Turkish beaches.
Just some improvement points:
More control needed over people who "book" a sunbed for the whole day by putting a towel. Sometimes they are not there for whole day but their towels are keeping up space. In fairness, hotel management has put a warning sign that it is forbidden to do so, but people just do not listen I guess.
Also, ice coffee and ice latte could be a good addition to at least one of the bars.

The room was spacious however we paid for a sea view room but what we got wasn’t a direct sea view room.
The room cleaning service was very weak, they don’t clean the floor at all.
