The communication was excellent and Rosa was really friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the apartment complex was beautiful. The fact that the swimming pool was just outside the flat, and we could sit on the porch to eat whilst the children were in the pool, was fantastic. It isn't a large flat, but it was perfect for a family as we were only inside to sleep, the rest of the time we were out exploring or on the terrace/in the pool.
The mattresses on the beds in the main bedroom were very hard, but this is very much personal preference, and I'm sure they would be fine for most people. The bathroom could benefit from a new shower head, but it was clean and there were plenty of towels provided.

La tranquilidad, la zona de la piscina.
Yo como consejo daría que cambiasen o revisaran la ducha no hay presión y la verdad sale muy poquita agua. Y en las habitaciones pondría algún edredón que en la pequeña no había. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien.
