Everything!!! It would have been better if it had aircon. We were there during a heatwave.
The communication from the management. Everything is via AI. The management is based in Germany. They didn’t provide the Villach mobility card , they had no idea what it was!

Easy to access and it was very clean, the layout was great especially having the adjustable TV on the wall.
Lots of great facilities too such as coffee machine, plenty of towels and especially the hair dryer which isn't always a given.

Not much! It said there was a bottle of fresh water in the fridge but it wasn't there.

The location and self check in
The kitchen was equipped with only a limited selection of utensils, which made cooking somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, there was no mosquito net. Unfortunately, I was bitten by something during my stay and experienced an allergic reaction. While I cannot say for certain what caused it, I was concerned that it may have been a bed bug. I hope the property management will investigate this issue to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and safe stay.
