I booked this house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. The photos of the home are pretty accurate. The house was clean, a short walk to Bourbon and there’s a small bar right across the street with some wonderful people. Jimmie was a wonderful host. Before we checked in, he shared a ton of recommendations! He also checked in with me during the trip to make sure everything was all good. It was easy to communicate with him. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Stayed for a bachelor party. House was very clean and came with everything needed. Very spacious and plenty of beds to sleep in. Great location in French Quarters. Host very easy to work with and personally makes sure everything is good to go before you arrive as he does a walk thru after cleaning crew has finished . Would absolutely stay again.

Property is in a nice and convenient location. A lot of areas within walking distance. Jimmie was extremely understanding and considerate of any of our needs. 9 of us stayed comfortably and still had left over beds. 1-2 bathrooms on each floor really helped having a large group.

We love this house so much that we had to book it again. Jimmie is the greatest host and was truly just a phone call away. Whenever we called him he answered. The location is perfect. We walked to Bourbon and Frenchmen. We also rented blue bikes and rode around the city. I highly recommend this location if you planning a trip to New Orleans. Thanks, Jimmie!

Slept 11 of us comfortably in a spacious, clean, and beautifully designed home within the Treme neighborhood. A very manageable walk from both Frenchmen and Bourbon Streets. Jimmy was great to communicate with and allowed us to check in early no problem. Be sure to have a beer across the street at The Little People Place across the street- incredible character and great people. Thanks for helping make the weekend so memorable!

Jimmy is a fantastic host and the location is well suited to both Bourbon St. and Frenchmen. We had family of all ages staying together and never felt cramped. The neighborhood was great and the owners of the bar across the street were super welcoming as well. Can’t say enough good things about Jimmie and the property!

Rented this property for my brothers bachelor party. It was perfect for 11 of us. The property is somewhat outside of the French quarter, but it’s only about a 15 minute walk to where the action is on Bourbon street. There are a couple of cool restaurants and bars closer to the place as well. The owner of the property should update the photos of the bed situation, as currently the photos undersell the property. There are in fact 10 individual beds plus a couch, so you can sleep 11 without anyone sharing a bed. Everything else about the house works well. Plenty of bathrooms, kitchen is well-stocked. Jimmie was a great host. Highly communicative and check-in process was smooth. All in all, I highly recommend this property. Good location, good home, good host.

Stayed here with friends for a bachelorette party. The property was beautiful and more than spacious for the 12 of us. Great proximity to the French Quarter and close to several amazing restaurants and bars! Host was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

I was here with a group for a bachelor party, but this home was perfect for any type of adventure. Great location close to bourbon street, and a great little dive bar right across the street. Jimmie was a fantastic host and always very quick to respond. Next time I’m in NoLa I’ll be checking this listing for availability

Our group went to Nola for a celebratory girl's trip and stayed at Jimmie's wonderful home. His home was conveniently located in the Treme - close to the French Quarter, literally less than a 10 minute walk from the hustle and bustle. It was lovely to be able to come back to this charming home after our adventurous days exploring Nola. The home itself is well appointed and Jimmie went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this home for a larger group and next time we visit we'd happily plan on staying at his home again!

My close friends and I visited to experience NOLA during Mardi Gras, and Jimmie’s place was a perfect home base due to walking distance to Bourbon Street, hilarious and hospitable neighbors at the bar across the porch, and beautiful historic sites and parks nearby. The property had plenty of space for hosting a larger group, and had elegant touches. We really appreciated our stay, and big thanks to Jimmie!

The house was very comfortable and fit everyone in my party with room to spare. The house was well kept and the overall stay was excellent. The only misleading information was how close the house is to bourbon street / the french quarter. While yes, the house is technically walking distance, I wouldn't describe it as super close. The walk was about 20+ minutes depending on where in the french quarter you want to get to.

I visited here for my 40th birthday - there was plenty of space for everyone in the home and it's wonderfully appointed. Walking distance to both Frenchman and the end of Bourbon. Street parking, a welcoming local, old little hidden bar across the street and amazing late night fried chicken from the gas station down the street. All extra things that made our trip convenient and fun.

We rented this home for our family for Thanksgiving. The Treme is quiet yet so close to the everything. Any direction from here has a lot to see and do. There are cute coffee shops and a awesome little mini mart right around the corner. Our host was kind and available for anything we needed. The house is very spacious for a large group.

Overall it was a great place. It was very large and very clean. Owner was super nice and gave a great list of recommendations places to visit in the city. Theres even a nice little bar across the street with some really nice people. If you got a large group, this is definitely a great place.
