promenade and beach. We loved our morning walks with our dog to the coffee shop a few blocks away. It was a perfect stay…next time we will stay longer!!

The Sunburst beach house was absolutely fantastic! We had a great family vacation with our 2 year old nephew - the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. The house was so accommodating, our dog had the best week also. You are able to stroll to the beach or to Broadway with all of the fun restaurants, arcades and bars. All of the rooms were equally as comfortable and everything was super easy. Suzanne was a huge help. We will be back!

The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked for making food. Indoor and outdoor seating. An awesome backyard, which is rare in Seaside. The garage was great and we were able to park two cars in there. The rooms were comfortable. The location is awesome - quiet but close enough to quickly walk downtown, close to the beach, and near the bridge to access 101, groceries, etc. We look forward to making it back! The owners have done a tremendous job on this property. It's well stocked and furnished, very clean and "finished." You can tell they didn't take shortcuts. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay. We had 8 adults and 1 toddler . We had plenty of room and we were very comfortable. The house is beautiful and just 2 blocks from the beach. The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the firepit was great. Communication with the owners was amazing. They were quick to respond and very nice. Very accommodating. We had a great couple days with our family. Thank you.

This was a great location for our family, which includes a young children and dog. It's walking distance to the beach, main street, and aquarium. The house was very clean and the setup is perfect for larger families.

My family very much enjoyed staying at this clean, spacious home. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs, the hot tub was clean, and beds comfortable. Our hosts struck the perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits to Seaside.

It was great for adults and children. Quick walk to the beach and I love that we had access to the garage for stroller parking. I just wish the trash can was a little bit larger with 5 kids.

My family joined my son and his family from out of town and this couldn’t have been a better home to share the week together! We didn’t get out much due to quite a big storm blowing through but the home is a very short walk to the prom/beach and a few blocks to Main Street in downtown Seaside. We drove due to the weather but it would have been an easy walk. The home itself was beautiful, very spacious and impeccably clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked and the large dining room table was the best spot for hours of card playing and laughter. Check in/out and communication with Suzanne was easy and stress free, she was so kind and very helpful. The beds were cozy with high quality sheets and blankets. Bathrooms were nice and stocked with essentials. The backyard was big enough for our large dog to wander around and sniff new smells. It was also stress free being fully enclosed. We attempted the fire pit but the rain would not let up! The hot tub was relaxing and clean. Can’t say enough good things about this home. We would highly recommend this home for large gatherings. Hoping to rent again soon!

We had 3 generations at this house ! We had our grandkids up to Seattle and met with the parents at Seaside. Excellent home, lots of things to do for the beach or just hanging around the house. The location is good for the most part, but the neighbors are quite close and nosy plus the home is on a tight corner very close to the streets.

The property was beautiful, very clean and had the perfect space for our family. Very close to the beach and a quick walk to downtown amenities. Only thing we missed having was a gas grill. Property manager was very quick to answer our questions and check in process was super easy. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our family and dogs. The property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, promenade and downtown Seaside. Enjoyed s’mores in the backyard, the hot tub and hanging out at the property. VRBO made the entire process from reservations to check-in and check-out simple. Great communications with the property manager. Only suggestion: get a family sized BBQ, preferably gas. We definitely plan to return.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was decorated so pretty and was very clean. It was a very short walk to the beach. The hot tub was perfect after watching the sun set on the beach. We could walk into town to eat or down the promenade to Moe’s! The house was in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We were even welcomed with a basket of everything you need for s’mores, including the skewers! The garage is full of anything you would want at the beach. Chairs, toys, balls, games, boogie boards and skim boards. Highly recommend! Will be back!

The hot tub was new and very clean. Everything in the house worked well. The beds and bedding felt new and of high quality. We made several meals and the kitchen was fully stocked with every cooking utensil a chef could imagine. We loved the simple instructions in the house binder, and located in each room, for TVs, heat, fireplaces, hot tub, etc etc etc. The backyard is private and very cozy. It was a wet weekend and there were loads of board games to play during the day and evenings.
Did I mention the location? It is a perfect spot in Seaside just two blocks from the beach and about a five minute walk to Broadway. The location of the house is in a quiet and calm neighborhood, but is also close enough to all the action in downtown Seaside.
Check out was simple and easy. When we return to Seaside, we will definitely be staying at the Sunburst Beach House again!

Comfortable and spacious home just blocks from everything
This is a beautiful well maintained property with a spacious fenced yard. Checking in and out were very simple. The inside is well furnished, bright, spacious, and has all of the amenities that will keep kids and adults happy. The location is perfect. It is one block to the beach and 7 blocks to the center of town. We brought our dog and he loved the fenced yard. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels for a large group. The hot tub worked perfectly and was a hit with our kids. The two car garage is also very nice for keeping your car safe and off the street. We will definitely come back to this house in the future!!
