The Manager there Sandra is absolutely amazing!!! She greets you like you are family, remembers you and your family/group from previous stays. You struck gold when you hired her
The breakfast could be a little more appeasing. Maybe upgrade the muffins to better ones. The tiny little muffins either have barely any flavor or somewhat dry. Add something that makes your breakfast stand out a little that others don't have. That would bring people to your hotel over others with complementary breakfast. Like mini donuts, better breads, hashbrown patties, fruit cups, etc.

Clean room. Great location.
The room was very small. The images on the website we used to book showed us several images of a suite. I thought that the room would be much larger.

Cozy common areas, very friendly staff, delicious complimentary cookies, good location, free parking
The breakfast was mediocre. It looks like they do not serve any hot food (eggs, bacon, etc) besides gravy and waffles that you make yourself. And the pool, unfortunately, was too small and crowded for us to enjoy comfortably.
