About this resort
This resort is located right on the beach at the center of Seaside. Bask in the pools and hot tubs while enjoying the ocean view, or walk out directly onto the promenade and beach just inches from the resort. The local seaside shops start just steps after walking out the resort side doors, where you will find a wide variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Relax in your suite, which includes a full kitchen, dining and living room, a master bedroom, twin bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a pull down Queen Muphy bed in the living room (Sleeps 6). Washer and Dryer are in the Unit.

The unit was exactly as described; clean and ready when we got there. The pool and hot tub(s) are nice and even though it was a crazy busy week (fourth of July) there was always room to sit on the pool deck, in the hot tub and in the pool. I had a couple questions about the unit because i didn’t realize there was no AC, and Brock replied to me immediately explaining that most on the coast don’t have in unit ac, it was a fairly hot week, but after the first night of leaving the windows open it was very pleasant. Depending on the unit there may be a lot of street noise, but seaside is definitely a more busy town on the coast.
The game room was a fun alternate activity for the kids but the most fun was being right on the beach and being able to go freely between the pool and ocean with good rinse and sand removal in between.
The gym was also pretty robust with a wide range of dumbbells, a cable machine, benches and treadmill, etc.

It is a great location. We were close to everything. We walked to everything to save gas and it was a great week.

Good location right on the seaside boardwalk. The rooms were clean and the master bed was very comfortable. Decent view of the ocean from a balcony that is overlooking the street and bike rental stand.
Staff was friendly but overwhelmed at the front desk by the 4th and Covid. The owner did a very good job answering questions and helping with any problems we ran into.
We had a great 4th.
