Overall the property was good, but needs updating. There are some things that need to be addressed such as spiders, front entry steps cracked with screws exposed, water in showers do not drain properly, the toilets are slow to flush, and too many must do’s before leaving the premises. (One in particular is taking the trash to the dumpster which is located outside of the gates and up a hill.)
