The location is perfect near the 91 and 215 Fwy and only 6 min to Downtown Riverside! House is located in a private, quiet and safe area 1.5 mile from UCR campus. The house is clean, modern and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a super comfortable King Bed, TV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third room has 2 Full beds. The second bathroom includes a spa jet bathtub. You will enjoy a private backyard with a pool, seating area, a modern fire pit, and a picnic table and BBQ Grill. Several games are available in the GAME Room, including a big Billiard table, foosball table, and Pac-Man Arcade. Additionally, we provide pool toys and board games so that the entire family can enjoy themselves. The driveway can park up to 3 cars and 1 more in front of the house. The place was very clean and had every amenity you could think of. Such hospitality and thought went into everything from the pool to the kitchen. We were there for a funeral and yet had a fun time because of the house. We played games, swam in the pool and were never stressed. Thank you for accommodating us in every way. Highly recommend.

We stayed with our family and two other adults at this property. From the showers, to the linens, to the kitchen utensils, this house was amazing. We loved the pool, the patio for entertaining and the kitchen to cook breakfast. We took morning walks through this peaceful neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the riverside area.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. Home was perfect for our family of 4, which includes 10 and 12 year old girls. The pool and floaties were a big hit. Pool was clean and well maintained.
Hosts provided welcome snacks, k cup coffe and cream for entire stay. Plenty of towels and a/c worked well. Ceiling fans in every room as well. Keyless entry was appreciated. Hosts respond very quickly by app.
Overall, highly recommed this home and will be staying longer next time in town. Thanks again!

Nice property. Host made me feel really uncomfortable about our gathering of family to celebrate my son's UCR graduation thinking we were throwing a raging party. As we were coming back from graduation someone was pulling into driveway saying he was maintenance checking on main bedroom toilet. He didn't know where mb was and checked each room. There was no call from owner before his arrival. Felt like he was going to enter house while we were not there just to check if there was a raging party going on. Uncomfortable. Also threatened if we made too much noice we would be asked to leave immediately and charged $500. I don't know how a house that sleeps 10 would be quiet. We had only 5.

This beautiful home kept us close to everything we wanted and needed to do. Hosts responded to any questions or concerns quickly. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely be staying here.

Loved the house and the modern vibes. Such a nice house inside and out. We had an amazing time from grilling , to the pool , to playing pool in the garage. The only downside to the whole house would be the garage being a little warm but nothing too crazy. Other than that everything was good. The hosts are super responsive. Check in and check out were super easy no hassle. There was extra towels and blankets available which were such help. Highly recommend staying here!! We had such a fun time, Definitely look forward to staying here again next time we want a little escape from reality!

This was a great house! It supplied everything we needed. The master bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed pool and all floats. It is in a beautiful neighborhood too. We really had such an amazing time and would love to come back and stay there again!

The only reasons this did not get a 5 star all across us because of a few things, the room with two beds once we took the comforter off had rubber bands all over which makes me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. The master bathroom toilet knob was very wonky and I had to fix it to use it. Finally the pool, I was so excited for the outside but the neighbors falling tree had it so dirty I spent an hour cleaning it before I could dare go inside. Now everything else ? 10 stars if I could because it was so nice and better in person

The house, yard and pool are well maintained. Lots of little things to make it homey. Well kitted out, eg. with Tupperware, spices, laundry soap, etc. Everything my 6 family members needed for a week.

The master bedroom blankets and sheets were so soft , thats what I will remember most about the property and the easiness to speak to the kind owner, very understanding. I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice safe neighborhood to stay at.
