About this house rental

Nestled in Riverside, this lovely house for $366 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Modern Hacienda themed house in a quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Cozy and with a pool so families and friends can have fun, connect, and create life-long memories. Conveniently located near some hot spots like; downtown Riverside is a 5-minute drive, freeways are a couple minutes away, UCR is 10-minutes away, if you like tennis, there are free open courts at a 5-minute walk, and Ontario airport is 23 minutes away. ****IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**** Guests with children, we have a play pen, highchair, and stroller located in coat closet but no child safety features. Please watch your little ones carefully. =>NO EVENTS/PARTIES- and no more than 10 people entering the house. =>NO SMOKING/VAPING IN OR NEAR THE HOUSE =>NO PETS If you need a home where you play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you. Any violations of our rules will be reported to VRBO and your reservation will be canceled immediately without refund and or a $1,000 fine. Guests agree to keep the property in a good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules, and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home.

This place is clean and new and fresh. Great pool and hot tub. So many great touches like games, both indoor and outdoor, coffee creamers and a few snacks. Very welcoming. Host was very responsive when I asked questions, and gave clear communication. I would book again.

Stayed for a week for work. Vibe of home is relaxing after long day of work. House was clean with great facilities. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to a park, downtown, food, and shopping. Great host team, easy communication, available for assistance when needed. While in the backyard relaxing in the jacuzzi I was only missing a pickle ball court, yoga deck or something lol. Would return and recommend to friends!

We wanted a place away from everything and this was perfect. The salt water private pool made our stay better than any 5 star hotel. The neighborhood seems sketchy but it really wasn't at all. The neighbors were super kind and we felt safe at all time. The park across the street was always packed with families having fun. We will definitely come back again!

We had a great time. Everything looked so brand new and clean in this place. I wish we could have enjoyed it longer. Very close to shops, restaurants with good food and a lot of entertainment around. Miguel is quick responsive, he checked in with us the next day to see if we had any questions. Loved this place!! ❤️ ❤️ Definitely will stay here again if anything will bring me to this town. Highly recommended. Thank you Miguel for great experience.
