Second Bedroom: 2 x Single Beds
Each bedroom is equipped with hotel-quality bed linen. The Master Bedroom comes complete with its own Smart TV featuring access to Netflix and Foxtel.
The living area is thoughtfully furnished with two inviting couches and a large smart TV, also providing access to Netflix and Foxtel. A separate dining area with seating for six guests enhances the communal space, complemented by a fully stocked chef`s kitchen that includes basic pantry supplies. Additionally, a European laundry with a washer and dryer adds convenience to your stay.

Please note: to confirm this booking you will be required to sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”), provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card on our verification portal at the time of booking. In accordance with our Agreement, a hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card as a Security Deposit 7 days before your Check-In Date.

Nice apartment, tidy, lovely manager who was easy to deal with. Apartment is on 10th floor but you could clearly hear the constant traffic noise from below 24/7. They definitely need double glazing. Sleeping at night was difficult. The constant noise did detract from a lovely time there. Perfect location for walking to everything.

Very close to St Vincent's Private Hospital and parking in Secure just 100m away. Well laid out and equipped. Instructions very good.
Felt very safe in apartment and around the facility.
Jodie was fantastic and very helpful.
Unfortunately there was a lot of road work going on so noisy and not able to take advantage of the balcony.
