Location was great.. facilities clean.
The noise. Above a fire station and a busy part of town. Something like glazed windows may have muffled some street moise

清潔感はある。シャワーの湯量も普通。コンロ、食洗機、ポットなどの設備も十分使える。何よりも立地が素晴らしい。サーキュラーキーにもドアドアで20分ほど。
少し建物が古いので、全体的に古い感じはする。

So easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go
Unfortunately there was a terrible smell coming from the laundry cupboard when opened. At times it could be smelled in the minor bathroom too. The coffee machine wasn’t working properly. The water was coming out inside the machine somehow so we turned off straight away.

It was in the CBD fairly close to everything..
I had a really difficult (for older ladies who have difficulty kneeling) way of getting the keys in a dark mail box with a lock box inside, and when we left nothing would work at trying to get the lock box closed - we had to resort to someone taking the keys back to the room and leaving them there. The maintenance needs looking at and the bags of dirty laundry in the second bedroom cupboard were gross….
