Perfect base for a trip exploring the centre of Brighton!

The location was perfect for a short trip to Brighton. Very close to the Lanes!

Decent for the price but always expect clean sheets

Location was the highlight of the property. The patio was nice.

Bed sheets smelled a bit like BO in a couple of the rooms. Also the towels didn’t smell clean.

Would not stay again!

Location and parking

The house needed some TLC. The blind in one of the bedrooms had all rips in it. Areas needed re painting. There was damp in the bathroom. And hair on the pillows in the bedroom which obviously hadn't been changed prior to arrival. Not a great stay unfortunately.

It was close to the facilities

Musty smell with the linen. Only 1 parking space available. Not enough seating area on sofa. Had to sit at the kitchen table
