Conveniently located in the charming, Old East Hill district, enjoy easy walking distance to groceries, shopping, and downtown entertainment. A private, stone courtyard offers a shady retreat from the heat, surrounded by bamboo and cherry blossom. Enjoy backyard barbecues with the gas grill and spend nights around the firepit. The bright, tastefully appointed living area features an open layout with lofty, recessed ceilings and track lighting. The full, island kitchen comes well-equipped for home-cooking with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. A mid-size dishwasher makes for easy cleanup. There's plush barstool seating for four at the breakfast bar and the adjacent dining welcomes sit-down meals with seating for seven. Between outings, relax with your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV in the living room. The home's two-story interior features a split-level layout with bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs and household living on the ground-floor. Old East Hill is home to a great selection of local dining options and community events including farmer's markets, concerts in the park, and year-long festivals. Hopheads will appreciate a vibrant craft brew scene. Pensacola Bay Center, downtown, and the waterfront are all within an easy walk. THINGS TO KNOW Please take your shoes off before going upstairs on the new carpet. Dogs are not allowed upstairs - baby gate provided to lock off upstairs carpet area from dogs if needed. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. I would like to say this house could be a good rental with some maintenance. There are stains on the rug going up steps and upstairs. There was no ironing board. There were like 5 hangers. There was no step ladder to unplug the smoke alarm that went off at 3am. Clearly no one is maintaining this property. There are stains on the sofa in the living room. There is an odor when you come in back door like mildew. We did smell faint cat urine in places. Shower curtain is stained with mildew in 2nd bath. Hairs all over the first bathroom on floor in tub etc. i found a hair in the freezer. I saw it because its long and dark. We had the issue when we arrived that we received a text that we could check in early. He were out side in 95 degree heat for 20 minutes and spoke to 2 different people at your company only to find out the code does not work until 4pm even though your company texted us that we could check in early. The master toilet was not flushing properly. I was texting the property manger every day and it's hard to enjoy your stay when you are trying to solve issues with your rental. I asked for compensation for our troubles and of course the answer was NO!

We were happily impressed with this townhome. It is located in a very quiet block and the neighborhood is close to everything. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. It has parking in the back which was very convenient. All in all a great value.

This Vacasa property was well appointed and accommodated my family well. The customer service was awesome! They were attentive and made themselves available if needed. We look forward to future stays.

The property is in a very convenient location, and the interior was very clean and very attractive. The private courtyard looked a bit neglected, but we hadn't intended to use it while we were there. When we arrived, we couldn't get the entry code to work. We called support and they ended up resetting the code. Later, we figured out by accident that you had to input a # before the numbers. That may have been the problem with the first code, and I'm surprised the support tech never mentioned it.

Great access and parking availability.

We were told we could check in early, which was great! However, when we got to the property the code didn’t work to enter. After an hour of standing outside hot and annoyed trying code after code while conversing with Vacasa customer service, we finally got in. We were later told that the code doesn’t work until 4pm and we were almost made to feel like it was our fault for checking in early when we were told we could. Kind of weird, but no big deal. We enter the property, which is super cute and well-decorated and in a great location and then the smell hits us. People have smoke cigarettes in there. The main bedroom upstairs smelled especially bad and all of my clothes smelled like cigarettes when I got home. Even my suitcase had to air out. We’re sitting in the living room and my friend goes “is that a roach?” No, not the insect (luckily). It was the tail end of a marijuana blunt sitting on a coaster of the living room. I was kinda annoyed because if we are paying a $150 cleaning fee (we paid over $500 for two nights, btw…beware all of the hidden fees) then I expect a properly cleaned stay. I spoke with Paulette who is in charge of house cleaning and she told me they would refund me 50% of the cleaning fee…but that never happened. Customer service also told us because we had arrived early, the property hadn’t had time to be “properly inspected”. Again, turning it back around on us, even though I received the text that said “good news! You can check in early!” In summary: pros - good location, nicely decorated, pet friendly, safe area of town. cons - extremely expensive, smells like a bar, poor/ disorganized management and customer service. Could have been better for the money.

The entrance is in the back, the gate doesn't really lock or shut good. The patio furniture was broken and just laying there. Inside the house the 2nd bathroom towel rack fell of the wall when touch. There were about 7 lightbulbs out throughout the property. The 2nd bedroom closet had this massive red stain on the carpet like blood or something, the bunkbed was not sturdy for even a toddler to lay on. The house had a smell to it that was disturbing. We found someone's ID in the master bedroom, so tells me was not thoroughly cleaned. I contacted Vacasa as soon as we walked in on a Sat afternoon, I finally got a call back on Sunday saying someone will contact me to handle it. NO one ever contacted until Monday and I sent the pictures. Nothing after that, no check out email, no call "hey sorry the place was a dump", nothing. However, someone entered the place on Monday morning when we were gone and left the gate wide open and the door not shut or locked! Again, no response when I contacted Vacasa. Which is weird because the place we stayed at in Destin the nights before were great, even got several calls asking how things were and check out email!

Having a place to pull back and recover is essential for a good vacation. We had about everything we needed. The things we didn't need (loud appliance and air conditioner) were not there.

Loved the home!! Very spacious and the neighborhood is quite. Not far from the beach. Only negative thing is the master toilet don't flush well.

Let me start with the fact that there's multiple appliances and amenities that don't work including the washing machine, the coffee maker (as another reviewer mentioned) and the dishwasher leaks all over so if you're going to run dishes you'll end up with a wet floor.
First rental I have stayed in Pensacola that doesn't even provide one free cup of coffee/ creamer/ or basics like salt and pepper or a bottle of water or a water filter on the refrigerator. Upstairs everything is pretty good except the unit is renovated almost entirely- except for the bathrooms so you step back into your mom's bathroom from the 80s with the shower curtain.
It just generally feels like whoever owns this place doesn't really care or stopped about halfway through the set up. After staying in 11 different rentals in Pensacola over the past 3 months I had high hopes for this based on the location-- but it needs a lot of work before I'm going to come back again to give it another try.

Nice but a few minor things
It is very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. We were surprised that the kitchen trash can and recycle cans were not emptied. The hair dryer was chintzy and doesn’t dry your hair, no heat. One of the toilets didn’t work properly and the coffee pot was not clean and leaked on the counter when using. Also no ice maker and the clothes dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes. The patio is nice but the pavers are extreme tripping hazard. Other than these issues it was nice. Loved that you can just use a code to get in to your unit.
