Finca Fuentes with a private pool is a beautifully refurbished property set within a 25-acre estate in the idyllic countryside yet perfectly placed 5 minutes drive from Pollenca Golf course and 10/15 minutes to Pollenca old town, Alcudia and the beautiful sandy beaches of Port de Pollenca, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro. The original Finca dates back more than 300 years and is built on two floors with many traditional features including tiled floors, stone walls and beamed ceilings which lend charm and character. Wooden double doors open onto a spacious open-plan dining room with two steps up to a lounge, there is a wood-burner, satellite TV, DVD player and a lovely round table made from an original olive press. A stone archway leads to a traditional style, fully equipped kitchen with a guest shower room opposite.
