The perfect accommodation for a trip to Hoi An. In particular, the host’s assistance in arranging a taxi was a great help to the MYSON heritage trip. The accommodation was in a great location, within walking distance of most famous attractions. The cute dog was a bonus. It's a perfect place to stay with nothing to worry about.

The staff is amazing, seriously. So helpful and kind. The location is also amazing and you get really good value from this place. Aircon worked well.

The beds can be a little hard for what some may be used to, at least for us. This was not a big deal though.
There was some ants in the room on the second floor which was unfortunate, so we had to be careful leaving sweets out. But after we told the staff they did the upmost to clean them up. Im sure they also talked about renovating a bit so im sure this will be solved soon. After they removed most ants it became much better of course.
The restroom was OK standard i would say. But this is something they also talked about renovating soon.
Be aware that they have dogs, and if you have allergies i would suggest being cautious. Otherwise they were really cute and safe to pet.

The host Anne was one of the loveliest people I’ve met. She was so friendly and greeted us with lime juice on arrival and even left a note in our room welcoming us to the homestay. She was informative on all the activities we could do there and even offered to book them for us as well as offering a laundry service. The location was also brilliant being only a 10 minute walk from the old town with markets, shops, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive from places like the beach, duck stop and a little further to the bamboo boat trip which we booked on get your guide. Couldn’t ask for a better host or location for our stay in Hoi an. We will be back! She also had a cute little puppy called Ben who we said hello to every morning! He is the loveliest dog and is so cheeky!

The owner and staff were extremely friendly. They are also pet friendly which was a requirement for us. They even had coffee and drinks available on site VERY reasonably priced. I could get up in the morning and have my coffee right there on the front porch or have a beer in the evening. Rooms were clean and they provided body soap, shampoo, hand soap, and some other toiletries. Fantastic and quiet place right by old town.
The only thing that could have been better for me was a softer bed. Vietnamese beds in general tend to be on the hard side which you will find a lot as you travel here This is nothing against this place just my personal preference.
