Close to the old town for easy walkung but far enough away to feel like your part of a community! Staff are so friendly , breakfast lots of choice and pool is excellent!!! So many delicious foods and coffee places to choose from thats right at your doorstep!!
Another mention about the pool, so clean and refreshing!!

Great room, facilities & location.
Weirdly our welcome drink came from the attached tailor shop salesperson who was then quite pushy to have us come into the shop. It’s a town of tailor shops so I get it but poor of the hotel that we got hassled in the lobby at check in & then every time you walk in or out…

The location is perfect. Only 2 streets from the shops in Hoi An. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.
Hotel policy of only giving one key per room is ridiculous. If two people staying it makes it difficult. We know they only do it to stop you leaving air conditioner running. Also a lot of buffet food was cold

The pool was the best part. Due to the heat of the summer we spent hours at the pool. Comfortable chairs and always shade it you need it.
We had no WiFi and our phones could not detect the signal. When i asked she told me that I was not using the phone properly. They would also only give us one room key per room, so our AC/charging would not work u less we left our key at the hotel and then wait for them to let us into our room when we got back. DO NOT use their tailor on site if you want women’s clothes. They make you pay in full up front and then argue with you about what you like and don’t like. I was in tears during the fitting because I paid $100 for a dress I will never wear.
