Great location near ancient town, walking distance to everything. Wonderful service from nice people, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast.

Great location in the heart of Hoi An, choose to the old town, with variety of skills and restaurants. Way access to any excursions, and short ride away from the beach. The hotel staff and services were excellent. Breakfast was great to start the day, with wide assortment of items to choose from. The room was good, not great, a bit loud from outside, some water damage on the wall, and some smell. Otherwise the air con worked great, and was kept clean.

Lovely clean accommodation. Couldn't fault this place at all. Walking distance to the markets, Japanese bridge and great eateries. Great pool. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again. We would like to acknowledge the wonderful service from the bar staff especially Tuong and Dan. Always friendly and accommodating.

We had planned to stay for 2 weeks , but we extended our stay for additional 2 weeks , the rooms are nice the pool is great , breakfast is wonderful. Only downside the gym is outdated , and the air conditioning does not work very well , and the pool staff speak no English, but worth staying at ,

We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed the property. We would definitely recommend it. Hotel staff are kind and helpful, reasonably priced gift shop in the lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great. Breakfast was yummy!

Great location in Hoi An. Pool was great and included breakfast had such a great variety. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Use of free bikes was a great way to get around and see Hoi An.

This was a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of Old Town. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was great, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The pool is nice too, but it's all out in the sun, so it's a bit like swimming in soup on a hot day. Overall though, I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in starts at 2 o’clock they do not have my room ready till 330 Upon check out most people were just handing their key cards back and leaving they would not let me leave until they went to check the room to make sure that I didn’t steal or damage anything. I felt like I was singled out as a single American male traveling on a motorcycle

Location great, breakfast selection great, rooms starting to definately show age and some obvious repairs required. Check in staff a bit ordinary, but all other wait staff, pool staff and cleaners were lovely.

Was a good hotel, staff, clean, and I would definitely recommend. Only thing I would say bit disappointing for me as I like to use the gym and for the size of the hotel the gym was very minimal... apart from that everything else good, rooms good size and nice feel.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous location & extremely helpful staff. Melia management has worked hard to ensure that the service is of a high standard. There now needs to be a corresponding financial investment to ensure that the same high standards are achieved with the accommodation. Our room, for example, required a fresh makeover as it was looking & feeling a little tired & poorly laid out. Once this has been undertaken the Hoi An Historic Hotel will be THE number 1 place to stay!

This is an outstanding hotel in the heart of where you want to be in Hoi An. Beautiful rooms, pool, spa, breakfast. Close to the heart of the city, as opposed to hotels in the "City Centre" or by the beach.

Great hotel in the center of Hoi An. Location is perfect to visit the city. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very nice, always available to help and to provide any kind of information. We booked a tour through hotel and were very disappointed by the quality, because it was different from the hotel description and guide spoke quite bad English. After a short discussion in Hotel, they refunded us 50% of the amount we paid. I really recommend this hotel. Swimming pool view room is very nuce

The hotel is in a central location to the city's tourist attractions, all within walking distance, there are spacious grounds and gardens including a very large swimming pool in the central courtyard.and although only a 4 star establishment it wins hands down with is own special style and ambience of old world charm. My accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean but a tad faded around the edges....a bit like me !
