The location is excellent and the room was exactly as shown in the photos. The team was lovely and helpful, and whoever manages the WhatsApp communication was especially friendly and responsive. Overall, a very nice and convenient place to stay in Rome.
There were construction works directly outside our window, starting around 7 AM every morning, so the noise wasn’t a great way to wake up. It may be worth checking about any ongoing works if you’re a light sleeper.

Loved the neighborhood location. Easy walking distance to many of the historical sites. Also close to train station to travel. Very clean comfortable room.

This was a lovely place to stay. It was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. A quick walk to Termini Station or the Colosseum with several restaurants along the way. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed as a family of four — 2 adults and 2 children. The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s a 12-minute walk to Termini Station and the Colosseum, and relatively close to other places as well. The farthest popular spots are about a 20-minute walk. The cleanliness of the property was superb; it was cleaned very well every day. The internet speed was very good and trouble-free. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary coffees were replenished daily. Nico at the reception summarized everything very clearly and also gave some recommendations about the city. I would like to thank him very much.
I don’t think it’s suitable for a family with 2 adults and 2 children. The room has one double bed and two single beds, so it feels very small. You may even have difficulty walking inside the room. Since there was no space left for the stroller, we had to leave it outside the room. Additionally, the wardrobe had no shelves for four people, which was not practical at all. We had to use the tables in the room to create makeshift shelves for ourselves.
Before arriving at the hotel, I had requested plates, knives, and forks for the children, and they were ready in the room when we arrived; however, they were never replenished again. When we checked in, water were missing, but they provided some immediately — still, the water was not refilled daily.
Also, there was no mini fridge in the room. We wanted to store some food we bought for the children, but we couldn’t.
