Location was ideal.
Furniture in the living area wasn't comfortable but the bed was grand.

Service was very good and the gentleman at the front desk works very hard. From handling luggage delivery to serving breakfast, he was very accommodating. Rooms are very well sized in an excellent location. Reasonably priced given it's only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum with many dining options just outside.
Only issue was one of our rooms, the air conditioning wasn't very cold, but all our other rooms were fine and very comfortable. The property is a bit worn and could use a refresh.

The staff were very helpful & nothing was a problem. It’s in an excellent location with cafes & restaurants nearby.
The open shower room over bath in the room did not suit us. However this was not a big issue & did not spoil our stay.

How central to everything it was and the size of room.
Well ran out of hot water, boiler was broken. Didn’t give enough toilet paper.
