Can’t beat the location! Also loved the rooftop
We had a problem with only getting burning hot water in our room. They moved us to another room for our second night and that worked.

The place is very well located, very close to the Coliseum. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help, they are welcoming people. The only exception was a woman who was at the reception one day, she wasn't as friendly as the other folks.
If they could start serving breakfast earlier, at least one hour earlier, that would be great

Location is perfect,just a few minutes away from Coloseum and in the walking distance from other great things to see in the city, there's a lot of great restaurants and a couple supermarkets as well. Hotel rooms are very clean, and breakfast is every day the same but ok
In the balcony of the room is a three outdoor unit of a AC and in the night it was very loud

I stayed in a room in a separate building across the street - it is just an apartment next to other tenants. It is quiet and very well-located, as the Colosseum is just a 2-minute walk away.
The room has a fridge and a safe.
The breakfast consists of a yogurt and a plate with bread, cheese, and meat, although the coffee machine is great. I did not see anything in the main building, but apparently they have a terrace.
The place is so tiny that there is not even a chair, just a bed and a closet. The furnishings are very dated and cheap, the window is small, and the view is of a brick wall just a few meters away. There is a slight smell in the bathroom.
The room is clean, but the doorknobs are not pleasant to touch.
