Wonderfully located close to all the landmarks around the Forum in a traditional Roman building with a cool old-style lift. The staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive and ready to help with anything including leaving bags on check-in. Everything was so relaxed and you were made to feel at home. The smallish room was perfectly proportioned with a really big double bed and a powerful shower unit in a compact bathroom. There was a complimentary bottle of water which was a nice touch along with the coffee machine, and the a/c worked well. What really stood out was how spotlessly clean and tidy the room was and that goes for the reception area. In fact, the whole building was so well-kept and tidy.

The staff were really kind and allowed us to check in early. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free coffee was a pleasant surprise.

Staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, you have everything within walking distance and transport options close by too. It is basic but perfect for city breaks when you’re not spending a lot of time in the room, we didn’t need anything more.
