Very central, just a 2 minute walk to the Forum. It felt very safe and the local restaurants were very good indeed. Nice clean comfy rooms and it was very quiet, we slept well every night.
Everything was great but one receptionist let the other members of the wonderful reception team down. An older lady who, on check-in, having told us she’d bring our drinks order (4 beers) up to the rooftop seating area, never arrived! We waited for 30 minutes! When we eventually went back down to find out what had happened, she told us that she only had 3 beers so someone would have to have something else. She had prepared our beers but left them on the bar and walked away. She was equally incompetent when we went back for drinks in the evening on day 2 - she couldn’t operate the bottle opener (my husband did it for her) and then poured a warm glass of wine from an old bottle to serve alongside the newly opened cold wine. Rather than serve our drinks to us she, again, just put them on the bar top, never said a word and went back to reception. We had to go looking for our drinks again! She also couldn’t operate the coffee machine and another couple in the bar were told to share 1 cup! Barbara, the other receptionist was outstanding however so made up for her colleague! Don’t let that one receptionist put you off though - it was good comedic value 😂

First thing I like about the property are the staff,from the time I arrived .Barbara and Rosa was very warm and nice .They made me feel welcome and at home right away.Barbara explained everything to me and willing to help and assist me with anything I need to make my stay great.The next morning ,Mohamad prepared a perfect caffucinno and my to go breakfast ready( thank you Barbara for making sure I'll have it at 6 AM),with plenty of food I can enjoy in my journey.Mohamad was very nice and accomodating.I wish I have stayed longer,but definitely coming back to enjoy the free activities and restaurants.Location was perfect and. the accommodation.My room was beautiful and immaculately clean.Thank you for the welcome note.

The hotel was clean and felt safe.
Sometimes can be hit or miss getting a taxi from the location but the staff is super friendly and more than willing to help request one for you. Price was high but it is within walking distance from all the main attractions. My mom has mobility issues so close proximity to everything was essential so nothing we could really do about the price.
