I liked all of it in terms of accomodation. The personelle were very kind and attentive and always trying to accomodate according to our needs, they gave us directions regarding tourist attractions, they allowed us to leave our backpacks at reception... Etc. Also the lady from from the breakfast area, Valentina, was a great blessing to talk to, she was talkative, gave us advice regarding our trip in Rome and was very friendly and smiling all the time. We would liked to spend so much more time talking to her but she also had to take care of other guests. If you want a tasty breakfast, with a waitress that treats you like family and also very cheap for Rome (10 euros per person) definitely try the Hotel breakfast. Also, forgot to mention that the bathrooms are very nice at it looks like you are in a 4 - 5 stars hotel, as I have been in 4 stars hotels that don't have such nice bathrooms. Rooms are comfy and enough space for what you need, but the strongest positive point is that the Hotel is in a great place for all of Rome's main attractions
