Location & cleanliness. Great towels, not so great pillows.
Receptionist, Maria was wonderful. Great local knowledge.
We weren’t happy with our first room but we were relocated to another room with a better configuration for 3. Breakfast was great value.
Aircons need cleaning to function better.

Location of the hotel, all most all Rome attractions were nearby. Stuffs were friendly and cooperative except one of specific stuff member(Cherie).
Water leaking from bath area to the other bathroom area. Bathroom door gets locked due to an issue with the door lock which caused panicked for us as we had early morning train. Specific stuff on duty(Cherle) in early morning, was reluctant to help.
