The location was very central and walking distance to all the sight seeing/attractions. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station is also very near. 15 mins walk to Termini Roma. Air condition was really good for the scorching heat outside in Roma.
House keeping didn’t change my towels as well as my cup which had a tea bag in it. Tea sachets were not replaced and my bed was not made properly. Wasn’t sure if it was because it was my last night at the hotel.

the place waa very close to termini station.And just infront of the hotel is the bus stop(64)going to the Vatican,Pantheon,and Colloseum.Very conveniet to everything.Macdonalds is just on the corner.Alot of Resto all around the area.
The water when we about to shower was so hot,We called and let them
know they tried to fix it right away and took the following day to be running as normal.Other than that everything is perfect.

close to Roma Termini; reception staff is absolutely adorable and super nice and friendly!
the location, while central, is along a very busy street; the window didn’t close properly so we heard traffic all the time; in one of the nearby houses there was singing and partying until 1am every evening; the equipment, furniture and decoration was quite old; there was no proper blanket (in November); the bathroom smelled of old pipes; breakfast was ok but choice was rather limited and not refilled; the lady serving coffee was super grumpy and unpleasant
