Excellent location, modern, large room with a very comfortable bed. Kind, attentive staff. Modern decor. Bedrooms were clean.
A bit pricey. There's no fridge in the room, which is justified in the marketing copy by the vending machines in the galleys on some of the floors. The problem is I went to every floor and no vending machines were working.
Plates at the breakfast buffet were greasy and dirty. At first I thought this could be due to dishwasher liquid or something, but then my wife picked up a (nominally clean) plate with scrambled egg residues on the bottom, which was disgusting.

We really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is brand new and very clean and modern. In a busy and hectic city like Rome, the hotel was very restful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great. There is a rooftop bar with a great view where you can see the sunset. We walked all over Rome from the hotel and never had to use public transportation. It's also about a 10 minute walk from Termini Station.
One day the breakfast was not well stocked and they seemed to be out of a lot of items. They may have been short staffed that day. Overall the breakfast was good and the coffee was very good and made to order.

Breakfast was continental style, all food freshly prepared and plenty available. Coffee was superb very smooth. Location was excellent.
There was a smell sometimes near the lifts, we thought it was maybe the cloths or cleaning products used.
