Location was perfect. Less than 5 min to bus stops, 10 min to metro. We managed to walk from fontanne di Trevi to hotel with children aged 7-8. In heat! You gould go for sightseeing in the morning, come back for siesta and go out again in the evening, once tempreture is lower. Aircondition does the job! Without it would be hard to survive in the summer. Breakfast were also good, not typical sweet Italian style only, but more likely mediterinian style, with scrabble eggs, ham, cheese, sousages etc. Entry to the hotel is nice, also few restaurants at it's doorstep. Perfect to go for a lunch and later to airconditioned room for siesta. Or for the evening meal.
Rooms are small. Really small. Window goes on the internal small courtyard with all pipes from venilation , no chance to stay in the room with the window opened. So you must rely on A/C = no fresh air. Also do not expect regular entry to rooms like in usual hotel, as the hotel is part of the biger building so you are going to your room through the general staircaise. Weird, but aparently it works. Bedding clean, but floor definitely was not moped before our stay.

The location was very good, you could walk to many attractions in about 20-25 mins. The breakfast was decent, but it could be improved in quality and variety.
The triple room was very small. The staff didn't clean the room regularly, did not make the beds, change the sheets and mop the floor.
