The Hotel Grifo was in a nice location, convenient to the Colosseum and to the hop on, hop off bus pick up location, about a ten minute walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, while small was clean and comfortable although my husband felt the bed was a little firm. The breakfast was simple but a nice start to the day, especially the pastries!

If i could give this hotel and staff a 10 star i would. The staff was amazing!!!!! I made the mistake of not reading the fine print that we were actually in the Annex building. But Allan came to the rescue. He fixed it all for us. Gave us a room in the hotel that was ready to go as we were very early. The fee was very fair for this and we were so pleased. I would definitely stay here again and again. Marley was another staff member that went beyond to make sure we got to enjoy the opera. I could go on and on how wonderful our stay was here. it was the perfect ending to our holiday. WE LOVED THE GRIFO!!!
