The room was very clean. The amount of space was adequate for what we needed.
Access to and from was easy from the alley.
Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and informative. Air conditioner worked great during the hot weather we experienced in the 90s.
Had some difficulty getting into to room section after eleven o'clock one evening. We were not told how to operate the locking door handle.

3rd floor rooftop was nice to sit on and relax worked well had friend in next room over and could use small balcony to converse back and fourth.
room was way small. and going to third to check into first floor was strange.

The location was great.
It’s hard to find because it’s in an historic building and they’re not allowed to put a sign on it.
