The staff were fantastically welcoming and helpful. My room was very spacious and clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
Very minor request for breakfast: nuts and dried fruit for yogurt, cheese other than American.

-The location can’t be beat; you are close to everything.
-The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and go it of their way to do whatever they can, especially Raffaello and Antonio.
- The breakfast was small, but it was a great way to start the day.
- Someone scanned into my room on two occasions, without knocking, while I was alone inside. The first time I was getting dressed, the second time I was in the bathroom.
- There were leftover clothes in the closet cabinet, indicating it hadn’t been throughly cleaned.
- The WiFi was truly awful in the room. I had to buy extra GB on my phone to compensate for connection issues.
